For the next exercise, you will have to put your index finger in front of your face with the distance of extending your hands. Do this exercise by looking at the finger for a few seconds with one eye closed after which change your focus and look at something far away from your.

Shift your focus and look at something as far as you can get. Do this for 10-30 times for each eye. You will know that you have done it perfectly when you feel that your eyes are shifting its focus from your finger to the distant thing that you are looking at. This is an exercise for the focusing ability of the eyes.

The neck’s muscles will be strengthened in this next exercise. In this exercise you will need to move your head up and down like nodding yes to someone. Look up to the ceiling and down to the floor. This will increase the blood circulation to the head and eyes which may also help in lessening a sagging chin.
Here are other tips that you can take note of in order to improve your poor eyesight.

Do not wear eyeglasses. If you ask experts, they will tell you to stop wearing them or lessen the time that you wear them. Eyeglasses only act as a temporary cure to your problems and will not last long. If truth be told, glasses will only worsen your condition in the long run.

You can also take bilberry extract, as this will improve the blood circulation in the eyeball. More than that, they serve as antioxidants that is a big help in keeping you eyes safe from radical damages which may lead to cataracts and macular degeneration.
